   1. We accept E-Gold payment only. If you didn't have an E-Gold, click HERE to register with E-Gold OR click HERE for information about E-Gold payment
   2. Max. width for banner image: 468 pixels
   3. Max. height for banner image: 125 pixels
   4. Only use jpg, jpeg, gif, png and bmp for banners.
   5. We do not accept sites with porn, hacking, cracking, warez, illegal activity and offensive content (such as hatred and racism)
   6. If a payment has been sent to Monx Shop, it is solely in Monx Shop hand and we clearly reserve the right to decline any request refunds, in exception as we described at point 7
   7. If your site is breaking our rules and when it did happen didn't exceeded more than 5th days after your submission, then we'll delete your site banner from our banner listing and we will refund your payment minus 50% for administration fee
   8. If your sites is breaking our rules and when it did happen exceeded more than 5th days after your submission, then we'll delete your site from our banner rotator with no refund
   9. Monx Shop will notify you by email, if your banner removed from banner listing. So, make sure you have a valid email address
